Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath with Essential Oils

The aim of the class is to release the tension from our body & mind to enter a state of deep relaxation which: brings recovery, improves our immunity system, slows down our heart and breathing rates, promotes better digestion and sleep.

The benefits of our practice will be enhanced by therapeutic grade essential oils of Doterra brand applied topically and intentionally chosen to create a sense of calmness, tranquillity and wellbeing.

What to expect:

30 min of grounding mindful practise of Restorative Yoga where body is supported by the bolsters & yoga blocks allowing the postures to be held for longer to release the tension from body and mind by gentle stretch and stillness

30 min of nurturing Sound Bath with Guided Meditation – deeply relaxing, soothing and calming
