You step into a realm of tranquility and magic, which is housed in the atmospheric walls of this old mansion and go on a transformative sound meditation journey that includes a harmonious blend of ancient wisdom and modern mindfulness.

EQUIPMENT: Please bring your own yoga mats, blankets or sleeping bags. Dress warm and in layers. In summer it tends to be warm but body temperatures drop during a gong bath, so please come prepared.
