Singing Mamas – Beckenham community sessions

Singing together acts as a natural anti-depressant and is scientifically proven to improve health and wellbeing. How great is that?

We are a joyful and welcoming song circle for mums and women, singing beautiful tunes. Come along with your babies and children – soft mat and toys are provided, and they will bathe in the vibrations and harmonies of our voices. There is no sheet music, no audition, no experience required!

Each session starts with gentle vocal and mindfulness warm-ups, followed by 45 minutes to an hour of singing. The final 30 minutes are reserved for relaxation and socializing! Teas and treats are provided.

January and February sessions are free or pay as you feel.
