So Last Century’s Vintage Market at the Mansion

Hot on the heels of So Last Century’s easter event, Vintage Market at the Mansion is back at Beckenham Place Park on May Day Bank Holiday Monday

The Market will host 50 more amazing traders from London, the south east and further afield.

Inside and in the grounds around the Mansion you’ll find plenty of mid 20th century furniture, lighting, homeware and ceramics, original posters, prints, books, records, antique maps and charts, French brocante, gardenalia, vintage fashion (including mens and children’s), and lots more.

Most traders take card payments, and will deliver locally if you want to buy something big, like furniture.

There’ll be delicious street food outside, and the Mansion Bar & Cafe will be serving draft beer, hot and cold drinks, and snacks.

Call in to KnowHowYou sewing school on the Ground Floor and find out about the various classes they have to offer, and the Verso Vintage shop in the basement.

So Last Century’s resident Market band, the brilliant Alvar Treefrogs, will be busking on the grass at the back of the Mansion, with New Orleans jazz.

Come along on May Day Bank Holiday Monday, and find loads of unusual things to buy, explore the mansion and enjoy the beautiful park while you’re there.
