So Last Century’s Vintage Market at the Mansion
2nd May 2022 @ 10:00 - 17:00
Free
So Last Century’s Vintage Market at the Mansion is back for May Day Bank Holiday at Beckenham Place Park!
We’ve been holding vintage markets at the Mansion ever since it re-opened to the public, back in spring 2017. It’s been wonderful to watch the building come back to life and thrive over the last few years. The Market grown with it, and now hosts 4o amazing vintage dealers at each event.
In the ground floor rooms of the Mansion, and outside, you can expect to find mid 20th century furniture, lighting, homeware and ceramics, original posters, prints, antique maps and charts, brocante, salvage, clothes, accessories and lots more.
There’ll be delicious street food outside, plus excellent coffee by Beats & Grind and amazing brownies by Slate ‘n’ Crumb. The Mansion also hopes to have their ice cream trike out!
In addition, the excellent Mansion Bar and Cafe will be serving craft ale amongst other tipples, and delicious lunchtime food.
Call in to see our friends KnowHowYou sewing school on the Ground Floor of the Mansion and find out about the various classes and courses they have to offer, and Verso Vintage pop-up shop in the basement.
Make a day of it on May Bank Holiday by coming along – you’ll find an abundance of unusual and unique things to buy, and you can also explore the mansion and enjoy the beautiful park while you’re there!
Step-free entrance, and level access throughout the ground floor rooms. Dogs welcome.
