The Soul Mama Circle is a monthly sacred space for mothers to come together, share, heal, celebrate, support each other and grow. It is an opportunity to get still, retreat from the demands of everyday life and just be.

Through ceremony, rituals, journaling, mindful movement, meditation, breathwork, and affirmations we will journey inward to our innate wisdom.

Nehanda Truscott-Reid is a Holistic Wellness and Life Coach, yogini and a mother of two. She’s passionate about supporting women’s well-being through the journey of Motherhood in a way that deepens their self awareness, making way for conscious transformation.
