Spring Detox Yoga Flow

Come and enjoy a Detox Yoga Flow designed to boost your energy level and to give you an opportunity to restore yourselves physically and energetically.
In Spring, we emerge from the dark period of winter and return to the creation of new life.
It is a great time to support the body’s natural cleansing processes by eliminating toxins and the undigested material from the physical, emotional and mental body.
This yoga session will focus on wringing out and massaging the digestive system with plenty of twisting poses and dynamic sequences.
Part of detoxing is also releasing, letting go and creating space by deeply relaxing and dropping an analyzing mind.
Each session will end by a deeply relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra accompanied by the healing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls.
Throughout the session we will be using Doterra essential oils topically, internally and externally which is a very effective way to support us in the cleansing process.
This yoga session is designed to leave you feeling energized relaxed and rejuvenated.
Beginners and more advanced practitioners are welcome.
Please bring your yoga mat and favorite blanket for the final relaxation.
Wear comfortable and loose clothes .
You might want to bring some water, a notebook and a pen.
Blocks and straps are provided.
