Spring Detox Yoga with Essential Oils

An event every week that begins at 19:15 on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
This yoga session will focus on wringing out and massaging the digestive system with plenty of twisting poses and dynamic sequences to support the body’s natural cleansing processes by eliminating toxins and the undigested material from the physical, emotional and mental body.
Part of detoxing is also releasing, letting go and creating space by deeply relaxing and dropping an analysing mind.
Each session will end by a deeply relaxing practice of guided meditation accompanied by the healing sounds of the Tibetan Singing Bowls. Throughout the session we will be using essential oils topically, internally and externally which is a very effective way to support us in the cleansing process ( optional).
You will leave feeling energised, uplifted, relaxed and rejuvenated.
Beginners and more advanced practitioners are welcome.
Please bring your own mat.
