Summer Gathering: A Day Retreat

Summer is a time of high energy. The closeness of the sun means we benefit from the warmth and light of longer days, and the liveliness of nature at its most full. If harnessed well, we might use this creative energy to inspire and uplift ourselves and others. But, after the uncertainty we’ve faced this past year and as the world opens up again, it may also quite easily leave us feeling scattered.
Come to rest and reconnect with yourself in a friendly and nourishing environment; to enjoy the energy of the season whilst also acknowledging it’s transience. We’ll create space together to move, to breathe, to spend time outdoors, to eat, drink and talk.
What can you expect?

Who is it for?
All are welcome – whether you practice yoga regularly or haven’t tried it yet. If you would like to join us, we’ll do anything we can to include you – please get in touch if you have any questions, concerns or suggestions related to this. With this in mind, we are offering a sliding scale pricing model, with community priced tickets available.
Ella is a facilitator and yoga teacher, fascinated by people and deeply committed to supporting them to connect to themselves and each other. She aims to create nourishing and inclusive spaces where people can feel safe to move, rest and have some fun. Ella is a critical thinker and holds the threads of science, spirituality and gentle scepticism together softly in her teaching practice.
Katy is a coach, facilitator and yoga teacher who focuses on the quality of our relationships; to ourselves and the world around us. Drawing on a diverse range of approaches from coaching, wellbeing and nature connection, Katy designs personalised programmes that support people to bring greater awareness and agency into their lives.
