As we approach Summer, we enter the realm of the Heart—the seat of connection, love, and relationship. Yet the most sacred relationship is the one we hold with ourselves. This season invites us to “be here now,” to dwell in presence, to know ourselves intimately. Intimacy: In-to-me-I-see.
Yoga offers the space to meet yourself deeply. Essential Oils sweeten, soften, and strengthen that connection.
Join me for an Aromayoga journey where Yoga and pure Essential Oils become your guides. Arrive as you are. Depart centered, uplifted, and renewed.
Whether you are returning or stepping into this circle for the first time, you are invited to enter this sacred space of renewal and intention.

Amelia is a Senior Yoga & Meditation Teacher and creator of Aromatics for Yoga©. She is a Healer with many years of spiritual practice. You will be held in a safe, supported space where you can fully let go and be nourished on all levels of your being.
