Winter Solstice Gong Bath Meditation Ceremony

As we approach Winter Solstice, join Triple Moon Gong for a very magical Gong Bath Meditation Ceremony at the Mansion. Lie back on your yoga mat, snuggled under your favourite blanket and experience a deeply relaxing sound journey to the sound of the magical Gongs. Set intention and welcome the light into your heart at this special Winter Solstice Ceremony. A delicious and warming Spiced Cacao Chai will be available for all at the end of the Gong Bath.

We will begin the session with some breath work before lying back to a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra (guided meditation), leading into a cosmic Gong Bath. Let the sounds of the Gongs wash over your body and mind. Along with the sound of two powerful Gongs, we use a various array of beautiful instruments which may include Koshi Chimes, Tibetan Bells, Crystal Singing Bowls, Chakra aligned Tubular Bells, Indian Shruti Box, Shamanic drums, Tongue Drum and others.

Please bring something to lie on (yoga mat or sleeping bag), a cosy blanket for warmth and comfort. Eye pillows provided. You may like to bring a bottle of water. Please wear comfortable clothing to the session. You will be invited to remove your shoes. Beginners welcome
