Winter Solstice Vinyasa Workshop

The winter solstice celebrates the rebirth of the sun & it is believed to hold a powerful energy for regeneration, renewal & self reflection.

Charlie Reed-Stevens shall guide you through a 90 minutes slow soulful vinyasa flow with restorative poses – a perfect mix of yin & yang to celebrate the return of the light. I shall also be guiding you through a beautiful meditation practice & last but not least there will be a delicious seasonal vegetarian feast.
