An event every week that begins at 10:30 on Friday, repeating until 17th December 2021
Breath and alignment based postural yoga. Suitable for all as plenty of options given, beginners welcome. Classes begin with breath awareness, warm up, building to standing poses, cool down and final relaxation. Hopefully leaving us feeling grounded, connected and refreshed.
Cost: £10 per session
Hey, I am Claire. I teach breath and alignment based, postural yoga. I began my yoga journey by taking a class at the Mansion! I completed a British Wheel of Yoga foundation course, also at the Mansion with Matt Gill and 350 hour Teacher Training at Triyoga, with Anna Ashby and Tony Watson (accredited by The British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals). I aim to teach from a genuine, kind, welcoming and accepting place. ( My website and booking system coming soon).

Please bring a mat. Other props are useful if you have them. Please don’t buy anything if this is your first class, please email me.
