Breath and alignment based postural yoga.
Welcoming and friendly classes, suitable for all as plenty of options given, beginners welcome.
Classes begin with simple breath awareness, warm up, building to standing poses, and then coming down to seated poses, and always final relaxation (savasana).
Hopefully, leaving us more grounded and connected to our bodies and breath, to others and the world around us.
Please get in touch if you are new to practicing with me, new to yoga, or are working with any injuries or conditions, or just have any questions.
Note there is no payment option on my website, payment is cash or bank transfer after class. Concessions are available please message me.
Please bring a mat, other props are useful if you have them. Please don’t buy anything if this is your first class, please get in touch.
