Yoga – feel good in mind and body

An event every week that begins at 09:30 on Friday, happening 12 times
This class will suit the person who feels too stiff, too old, too fat, too depressed etc….. but would like to try yoga outside of a large class and get individual attention.
The beautiful room at the mansion is able to take 8 people taking social distancing into account. I will be taking bookings for 4 people at a time only. This is because I aim to give you individual attention according to your needs with plenty of room for social distancing. This class is a supportive small class aimed at improving flexibility, strength and general mental health. We will cover breathing, poses, relaxation and meditation.
I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for 4 years. I usually teach private lessons and thought I would like to teach at this beautiful venue with just 4 people at a time. Yoga is not about the perfect body…… its about feeling good in mind and body.
