Yoga For Kids

An event every week that begins at 10:30 on Tuesday, repeating until 30th August 2022
Kids will be introduced to different yoga poses each week as well as simple mindfulness and breathing techniques in these fun, calming yoga classes.
Frankie is a 200-hour Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga Teacher and loves sharing the many benefits of yoga – for both the body and mind – with little ones.
