Yoga for Mind, Breath & Body

An event every week that begins at 18:15 on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
Suitable for all, and especially for those who feel that they are not bendy enough or relaxed enough to practise yoga, this positive, friendly class places emphasis on developing evenness of mind, fullness of breath and ease within the body. Incorporating posture, breathing, meditation, philosophy, visualisation and sound, and tailored to those in attendance, the time of day and the season, this class will help you to improve your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing and to cultivate the skills you need to navigate the ups and downs of life.
While any given class may contain some challenging postures, students are always given alternative options so that they can practice safely and wisely. You do not need to be able to do headstand, shoulderstand, handstand or advanced back bends to attend a class!
Mandy usually runs classes on a drop in basis, but covid restrictions mean that places are limited so please do email firstname.lastname@example.org to book.
