Yoga for Runners

Join yoga for specialist & breathwork instructor Colly for some warm-up drills & a gentle 15-min jog, before rolling out the mats in the drawing room.
We’ll be focusing on ankle mobility, torso stability, lower body flexibility, outer hip strength, breathwork, mindfulness & staying injury free.
Open to new runners & yogi’s alike, try out a free class by using the code TRAINERSOFF.
Prices are then 4 classes for £40, 8 for £70.
