Yoga Teachers Community Gathering

Those lovely folks at Beckenham Place Mansion have gifted us their yoga space for a community gathering.
On Thursday 10th June, between 12 and 2pm, Claire and Mandy are offering an opportunity to come together and share a practice of movement, breath and chanting. Following the practice there will be time to talk and listen, to consider where we find ourselves at this stage of the pandemic and to look to the Yoga Sutra-s for wisdom and ideas as to how we move forwards from here.
Space in the Old Library is limited so there will be 7 spots available – if the weather is good, we can all head outside and chat in the glorious parkland instead.
Attendance is free and, if the weather is good we intend to head down to the café after.
