You and Your Baby Dance

This session is for you and your baby (age 0 -12 months)! The class is aimed at dance and movement for the adults and babies so you both leave the class feeling happy and relaxed through dance:

• The first part of the class is a gentle warm up with popular music and dance moves to encourage fitness and fun! Babies can be in a baby carrier, strapped to the adult or held so they can feel the movement and hear the music.
• The second part of the class will be on the floor with your baby focusing on movement milestones your baby is aiming for. We look at: tummy time, rolling, kicking, spatial awareness whilst listening to different types of music.

We end with some baby massage and calming music and of course bubbles too!
