5 Week Baby Massage Course

The sessions will be very relaxed, the aim is to give you a special time to bond with your baby, to learn how to read baby’s cues and to massage them safely. We begin each session with a short relaxation for you and then we learn massage strokes for a different body part each week. We will also learn some gentle baby yoga moves, techniques to ease pain associated with Colic and constipation and sing soothing lullabies.
