Beckenham Baby Talk

Having a baby is hard. Beckenham Baby Talk exists to provide a space for parents of babies under one to meet each other, eat some cake, drink some coffee and process the highs and lows of parenting in the early days.

Each week we will have…

• Coffee, tea and cake
• A short song time and sensory activity for the babies
• Lots of time for chatting with one another, as well as input to help us think about different topics that are relevant to being a parent (such as self-care, post-partum bodies, returning to work and coping with a changing identity).

We hope this group will enable you to talk, make friends and feel a bit less isolated.

(If you have an older toddler, you are very welcome to bring them! There will be a little play area provided for older children.)
